Returns
If an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 30 days of receiving it for full refund.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping returned items and shipping for the new item(s) sent.
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will issue a credit or exchange within 30 days.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
